Returns


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means unwashed, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, or un-stinkified. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@imahappycamper.co.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded as they are final sale.

To exchange an item(s):

Please email us at returns@imahappycamper.co and let us know your intentions (which item you would like to exchange and what item you would like to have as your replacement, including sizes and colors).
Include a note in your email which states: your name, order number, and your intention.
Mail the item back to us, along with a copy of the note, to:**

Once your returning item has been received and inspected (making sure it has not been washed, worn, soiled), we'll order your replacement item to you straight away (may take several days to print) and email you to let you know it's on its way!

If your address has changed or you would prefer us to use a different address, please let us know that address in your email AND on the note you include with your returning item!

To return an item(s):

Please email us at returns@imahappycamper.co and drop us a note stating: your name, your order number, and why you are returning the item.
Mail the item back to us, along with a copy of the note, to:**

Once your returning item has been received and inspected (making sure it has not been washed, worn, soiled), we'll process your refund back to your original method of payment (less the cost of shipping the item to you). We'll email you to let you know the refund has been processed on our end; it may take a couple days to show up on your end depending on how quickly your bank processes it.

The only exception to these rules are if the item(s) are misprinted/damaged/defective in the printing process. If this is the case, please email us at defects@imahappycamper.co and let us know what is wrong and we will work with you to get it sorted out.

** The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) back to Happy Camper. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The only exception to this rule is if there are misprinted/damaged/defective items in the order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
